The intention of the reconstruction was to create 5 housing units out of the original 2. The client bought 2 3-bedroom and 5-bedroom apartments and the task was to create 5 smaller housing units, reconstruct them, rent them and then sell them. The reconstruction lasted about 6 months and immediately after the completion of the reconstruction, the project was sold to interested parties. Before the reconstruction was completed, all 5 apartments were already rented.
