Restaurant RICHMAN BUSINESS BAR

The aim was to redesign the Central Park Praha café into a restaurant with the acquisition of all necessary permits and a complete redesign of the space, including design and equipment with furniture and equipment.

Gorazdova 11 - reconstruction of a large apartment 5 + 1 with subsequent use

The aim of the project was to change the 5 + 1 apartment in the center of Prague so that we could reconstruct it and change the layout of the apartment, which created 2 residential units. Subsequently, the two newly created units were used to bring the highest possible return

Na Bělidle 65 - purchase of 3 flats and subsequent sale with division into 6 flats

In the project Na Bělidle 65, Prague 5, we changed the layout of 2 housing units to 5, one unit remained unchanged. As part of the project, we did a complete reconstruction with the subsequent sale of 6 apartments

Malešická - purchase and reconstruction of a 5 + kk apartment with subsequent sale

Complete reconstruction of a 5 + kk apartment, including the construction of a new bathroom and a change in the layout of the apartment
