We require:

  • at least secondary education with a high school diploma in construction
  • ability to plan
  • user knowledge of PC - MS Office
  • demonstrable results in a similar position
  • authorization in the field is an advantage
  • practice with construction management
  • orientation in construction documentation
  • excellent orientation in technical and construction documentation
  • driver's license

Position: budgeter
Place of work: The Capital City of Prague

We require:

  • at least secondary education with a high school diploma in construction
  • knowledge of construction range and elaboration of price offers
  • user knowledge of PC - MS Office
  • practice as a budgeter in construction
  • authorization in the field is an advantage
  • knowledge of budget programs KROS, RTS or another program condition
  • knowledge of relevant laws, standards and regulations

What awaits you:

  • preparation of price offers, including calculations and requests for subcontracting
  • processing of documents for tenders for subcontracting
  • evaluation of tenders of subcontractors on the basis of price and technical offers
  • processing of the statement of area and calculation of the amount of construction material.
  • calculation of the unit price of structures, performance and material using the price list of construction works or price calculations according to a formula or own consideration.
  • determination, calculation of costs and services resulting from the specific conditions of a particular construction caused by the location of the construction or the request of the builder.
  • compilation of documents for subsequent activities of the construction preparation process - data on the planned time consumption of workers, machines and materials during the construction.
  • determination of the VAT rate, budgeting according to the currently valid decree.
  • checking the correctness of budget processing.
